"As I said to Keaton Stone when he first approached me, and later in the BBC documentary: I was aware of abuse when I was on the shop floor. If I knew, then everyone knew. Anybody who said they didn't is lying.

I stand by that statement. I said then that security knew and should come forward. But we now know it wasn't just security - it was senior Harrods management (some still in position today), lawyers, doctors, PR people, HR staff, and senior PA's. All of them knew about, or were complicit in, the abuse of hundreds of young women.

There is no question in my mind that they should come forward and speak up."
