Survivor-Led

A survivor-led movement working for truth, justice and systemic change

Who we are

Justice For Fayed And Harrods Survivors (J4FHS) is a survivor-led campaign formed to secure truth, accountability and justice for those affected by the Mohamed Fayed and Harrods abuse scandal. We are survivors, allies and advocates working together so that no institution can ever again hide abuse behind wealth, influence or silence.

J4FHS was co-founded by survivors and independent investigative journalist Keaton Stone, whose eight-year investigation first uncovered the abuses, cover-ups, and institutional failures now recognised worldwide. Many survivors and witnesses entrusted their testimony to him alone due to his integrity, discretion and compassion.

While remaining fully independent, we support the objectives of the Fayed and Harrods Survivors All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG), co-chaired by Dave Robertson MP and Wendy Chamberlain MP, with Katie Lam MP and Sarah Russell MP as officers, and offer assistance where it is appropriate and constructive.

Our story

For decades, those harmed by Mohamed Fayed, Salah Fayed and Ali Fayed were silenced, disbelieved or dismissed. Harrods and other institutions that were meant to protect staff instead enabled abusers through denial, deference and inaction.

The truth emerged only through the extraordinary courage of survivors, many of whom spoke out at immense personal cost, and through the persistence of Keaton Stone, whose determination to expose the truth began when he discovered his wife’s appalling experience as Fayed’s PA, and who conducted his investigation entirely independently without institutional support or funding.

Today, these voices are reshaping public understanding of power and accountability in Britain. J4FHS brings together survivors, witnesses and allies who share the conviction that institutional power can no longer shield abusers from consequence.

This campaign is the voice of those who refused to remain silent.

Our principles

Together, we will push for a full reckoning - through inquiry, reform and restorative justice.

Grounded in survivor leadership, J4FHS is shaped by five core principles:

Truth

Documenting the full extent of what happened and why it was allowed to continue.

How we work

J4FHS is guided by a Survivor Steering Group, supported by an Advisory Circle of allies, experts and campaigners.

All major decisions are made collectively, with survivor voices always leading.

Our work includes:

  • Supporting survivors to come forward safely

  • Gathering and safeguarding evidence

  • Advocating for a full public inquiry with statutory powers

  • Pressing for legal accountability and institutional reform

  • Supporting the work of the Fayed and Harrods Survivors All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) and collaborating with MPs to ensure survivor voices are heard at the highest levels.

  • Advocating for the formation of a Select Committee to compel key individuals to provide testimony under oath.

Through these actions, J4FHS seeks to ensure that survivors are heard, institutions are held accountable, and the full truth is brought to light.

Why this matters

This campaign is not only about the past; it is about the systems that still enable power to silence truth.

There are many who enabled this abuse and helped to conceal it - and they should know that survivors remember them clearly. They have not been forgotten. Their time of accountability is coming.

By exposing what happened and demanding a full reckoning, we aim to protect future generations and ensure that no survivor is ever ignored or dismissed again.

“As night follows day, there will be a public inquiry into this scandal.”
