For twenty years I have worked as a model, and throughout my career I have witnessed how vulnerable women can be in this industry and how often their safety depends on the integrity of the powerful people and institutions around them. It is devastating, but not surprising, to see how allegations connected to Harrods and the conduct of Mohamed Al-Fayed reveal once again how easily abuse can be hidden when influence and reputation take priority over protection. I stand firmly with the survivors who have shown extraordinary courage in speaking out. Their voices deserve to be heard, respected, and acted upon. It is essential that full transparency and independent scrutiny are brought to every institution implicated, so that no woman is ever left unprotected behind closed doors. I lend my support as an ally not only to those affected, but to the broader movement demanding that powerful establishments stop burying harm and start taking responsibility. Women and girls deserve safety, accountability, and a future where silence is no longer the shield that protects abuse.
